Items must be suitable for washing in water, on a normal cycle, and tumble-drying. clean Clothes WDF LLC is not responsible for damage to items that are not suitable for this process. Clean Clothes will use "reasonable efforts" to clean laundry, but they are not responsible for missing, damaged, discolored, or shrunk items. Claims must be made within 24 hours of receiving the laundry back.
